Staff were excellent, the atmosphere was cute and beautiful, the view over the canal was a nice touch They kept us flowing with drinks and entertainment Highly recommend visiting

Feel bad for having a request and not granted, even the agent was replying on my message. So i though it was already on plan. At the end, only the 2 filipino server who only has a good service. You must have a good customer service of your clients who has a notes on reservation. Luckily the food are good.

Hello, I booked an early dinner Friday evening for my birthday with my two kids Awful experience, no atmosphere in restaurant, unfriendly staff, and lack of service ENTERTAINER turned up, plugged in some equipment next to our table, and we never saw her again apart from when she stood 8 feet from our table in the middle of the restaurant and had a loud personal call We were seated and no one came near us for a 10 to 15 minutes. I had to get some attention to order. The only other staff interaction was placing our food on the table and accompaniments were missing and they said they’ll bring something back There are no placemats or cutlery on the table. Everything was dumped down in a wooden box un clean Looking. No one ever came back to offer further drinks or food order or to see how our meal was. Had to get up from the table at the end and walk and approach someone just to pay my bill Had to pay my bill standing in the restaurant near someone else’s table Overall, very poor lackluster service awful I certainly did not leave a tip and it was overpriced for basic Mexican food at 100 pound for three people with two alcoholic drinks I would not recommend this venue

Restaurant was a little dirty when we first arrived. More service came in as we were there and started cleaning up. Food was good and service was very friendly but slow. Ambience was amazing because you’re staring at the Burge if you sit outside.

Very slow service waited over half our at table to have drinks order taken, food presentation was very poor, not Resturant quality. Food was average to poor. Our server was polite and courteous- that was the only redeeming factor

For great drinks great Service bad - very slow we got food without cutleries after asking 5 times we finally got forks no napkins etc for gone cold Didn’t get one of the dishes we ordered either

Service was extremely poor. Was waiting more than an hour for food and even the waiter continued to apologies and admit is was unacceptable. It was not even busy
