Our server Nick was amazing! He def made our experience so wonderful. Food is the best around, fresh and delicious! The Historic vibe of the building was beautiful. Large party of 11 and everything was top notch!

My husband surprised me with dinner for my birthday. We have never been here. We were greeted by a lovely hostess and seated at the bar (where we reserved) and upon sitting down our bartender, Sarah, greeted us and quickly filled our cocktail order. We briefly met the owners who learned it was my birthday and comped our future dessert. From that moment on, Sarah’s attentiveness was authentic and welcoming. She spoke passionately about the food and our choices were nothing short of spectacular. The carbonara is the best I’ve had since Italy. It’s exactly how I remember eating it in Rome; and that is saying something. My husband’s Bolognese was so delicious we kept swapping plates. The lemon olive oil cake is nothing shy of mouthwatering goodness. We are thrilled to have visited this place for the first time and it is now on our list of recommendations to others but a repeat place for us.

Always a special dining experience! Staff recognizes us and always welcome us back. Decor is lovely and seats facing posterior have large windows for those facing back of restaurant to be able to view the front area while dining. The food is well prepared with an interesting menu and there are always added specials. They are flexible with requests. The staff is well trained and the service is spot on. The prices are fair and choices are extensive. The restaurant is handicapped accessible both outside with a ramp and inside with a large private restroom. The lovely antique colonial serves meals on the lovely porch in summer snd in various small interior rooms in cooler weather. There is no elevator for upper level private rooms for functions which is unfortunate as those rooms are perfect for larger private gatherings. This is a five star restaurant with convenient on site parking!

We had a fabulous experience the owners treated us like gold. We will definitely be coming back. Food was to perfection. Drinks were amazing. Highly recommended!!!

Despite the overwhelming number of guests arriving for a large birthday party upstairs, the hostess was very friendly and she assured us that our table in the dining room would be ready as close to the time of our reservation as possible. We were seated about ten minutes late but that’s understandable. She was doing her best to manage the situation and her friendly banter made the time quickly pass. The dining room was formal and quite beautiful. Francesca, our server, was outstanding in every way. Martinis were filled to the rim of each glass, which we were pleased about. There’s nothing worse than a glass half filled when you’re paying full price. The dinners were just ok. Perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed by that large upstairs party but my 8oz filet was overcooked and was 6oz at best. The potato croquettes were very salty and sadly I was unable to finish the dish. My wife ordered the veal Parmesan which was good, but the gravy was more acidic than usual and had to be scraped off. The rib eye that another member of our party ordered was good and the serving, generous. The Italian pudding dessert was delicious and the four of us shared it. Overall, the experience was good despite the disappointment with a couple of the dinners. I would return simply to give the restaurant another chance at redemption but I would certainly know which dishes to avoid.

We absolutely love this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is phenomenal as well. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxing and well themed. Highly recommend!
