Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, and Vespa Catering and Brix Wine Bar in 2022, they have created a culture of hospitality for guests who feel like family. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and moved to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. Marybeth, born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, moved to Boston to be a nanny and went to Somerville School of Nursing. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon. Together with their hand-picked team, Riccardo and Marybeth bring the best parts of hospitality to life in their restaurants, for both their staff and guests.     Maribella is wonderful as always. Did wait for about 20-25 minutes after our reservation time but luckily weren’t in a rush. Food was delightful. Our service was top noch. I have to shout out our waitress Anna who was phenomenal. Not only did she provide excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable about GF options, but she also went above and beyond to help someone in our group who needed special accommodations. Will continue to come back again and again.

    I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! It’s a truly authentic, family-owned gem that made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. As someone who eats gluten-free, I’m always a little nervous about dining out, but they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The waiter was an absolute sweetheart—so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Every dish was incredible, and honestly, this was the best gluten-free food I’ve ever had. You’d never know anything was GF because the flavors were that amazing! If you’re looking for a place that combines warm hospitality with outstanding food, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

    Want to go somewhere where you know it'll be an 11/10 EVERY.SINGLE.TIME? Then hit up Maribella's. (If Lucas is working request to be in his section!) This is my personal favorite restaurant in Sioux Falls for any occasion. The service is impeccable and the food is outstanding.

    My work colleagues have heard me rave about Maribella and wanted me to escort them to have the best experience. Isabella was our server and a total delight with he smile and attentiveness. As usual, the food was outstanding and everyone left happy and satisfied.

    We loved everything about our experience! The food was excellent, everything we tried was delicious!! The service was great and the ambiance was also very classy and relaxing. I would recommend this place and will be back for sure!!
