   Perfect seating with a view of the bay. Sergio did an excellent job. Food was delicious - Greek Salmon and Shrimp Scampi. Appetizer of Goat cheese brûlée was excellent. Manager needs to introduce himself when he comes around to tables.

   Location is fabulous and the Food was great. Service terrible. We believe they were understaffed. Took 25 minutes to get our cocktails. Food came intermittently. The people were nice and apologetic. Management to blame. We will not return.

   I booked a table at Marina Jacks for Valentine’s Day and was highly disappointed. I so wish I would have booked elsewhere. They are obviously all about the money as they tripled the prices on their limited Valentine’s Day menu and sat as many people as they could have dine as they opened up their old out dated banquet room in the back of the restaurant and set up cheap tables and chairs that were uncomfortable. The food was mediocre and the service seemed rushed and then they would disappear for a while, at the end of our meal we waited 20 minutes for our waiter to finally come back and bring us our check. Make a reservation elsewhere!!!

   Special Valentine menu was overpriced money grab. Beef Carpaccio was good. Caprese salad was cherry tomatoes and melon ball size cheese. Never seen that type of presentation. Bisque was banquet level quality. Entree of Chilean Sea Bass did not taste fresh, salty lump crab, over size asparagus was hard and mealy. Prime Rib was full of additives, tough not tender. Dessert of key lime pie was banquet quality and chocolate covered strawberries were grossly over size with fake whip cream. Service was unremarkable as the sections seemed very large for the service staff. This place has seen better days in terms of the ambiance and overall vibe.

   We had a great valentines at Marina Jack, unfortunately the food was subpar, and for the price it falls short. I had the surf and turf, the lobster was wonderful but I asked for my filet rare, and it came medium. My husband ordered the beef Wellington and that was also super overcooked, past well done. He said it was the worst steak he’s had. Super dry and burnt which was a bummer. Maybe they were just having an off night as it was Valentine’s Day and really busy as you’d expect. I’m not sure if we’d return as the value was just not there. Our server was wonderful though.

   Our party was stunned at the fact that Marina jacks would triple their regular menu prices on a limited Valentine’s Day menu. Not only were the prices over triple the normal price we were placed in a back banker room for dining that was dirty and outdated. We will never go back to Marina Jack’s again.

   15 minute delay in seating.Three of our group had very good and very expensive meals. The fourth had lobster ravioli that appeared to have been processed in a blender. There was no visual clue that this was ravioli. The dish was lukewarm and just not good. In fairness, another entree was offered.

   Ambience was fantastic. We were 15 minutes late due to some parking confusion (on my end) and they were very accommodating. Our waiter was enthusiastic, efficient and personable. My Chilean sea bass was over cooked. The sauce on the lamb did not hit the mark- far too sweet. The lamb itself was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The crabmeat on my sea bass was a generous portion and fresh. My daughter really enjoyed her prime rib. The wine by the glass selection could be a little more robust. Overall, would return.

    $300 for two people was a bit much for food that was lacking flavor. We were on the second course before our drinks ever arrived. Decent view but not the best in the area. Downstairs looked like more fun. One and done.
