   A birthday dinner to celebrate 17yrs for my youngest son. The quality of taste,presentation and general yumminess. Outstanding, as always.

   I read many reviews before selecting to dine at Market Bistro & was rather skeptical but took my chances & I’m so glad I did! From the minute we walked in the door from the time we paid our bill, the staff were super attentive & prompt. We ordered a number of starters & entrees (rather than entrees & mains), our waiter checked with us how we’d like them served & they were delivered to our table in perfect order. The taste sensations are out of this world & we’re planning an event in June to show our out-of-town friends just what the Coast has to offer. The only negative I would point out was the dress standards of not only the staff (need a formal uniform) but some of the patrons too, especially with the price point of the meals & beverages.

   We are Sunshine Coast locals and eat here very regularly and it’s ALWAYS the best service and food 🙏

   A wedding anniversary lunch for my wife. As usual, the restaurant was primed for our arrival and placed us on our normal table. Our server, Emma, was great and soon set us up with a couple of glasses of Taittinger to kick things off. We both had the eye fillet steak with French fries and lettuce. We decided that my peppercorn sauce was best! The steaks were cooked to perfection. After a small rest, we then completed our lunch with an affogato for Madame and I had the creme brulee - both were well received. The beauty of Market Bistro is its menu simplicity and calming atmosphere. It is always a pleasure to dine and enjoy the wonderful service. Emma did a wonderful job! As a long standing supporter of Market Bistro, we would certainly recommend the Bistro to anyone. It is an excellent restaurant on The Coast to enjoy.
