    Do not prefer warm flat water to start. At least have the glass and water be cold. Disappointed with appetizer choices. To eliminate shrimp cocktail when you are a seafood forward menu is a mistake. The chowder was nice and hot, always my favorite part. We also got the calamari. Cooked ok, but lacked any flavor. I am used to cocktail sauce, not salsa with this. My grilled mahi fish tacos were extremely dry. I couldnt even finish one. For previously frozen fish, you cant over cook it, then cover it with dry cabbage in dry double corn tortilla with minimal dressing. To also have cole slaw on the side with so much shredded cabbage in the tacos. The salsa for the chips doesnt go well on the taco. LWe cane back because you brought the lobster roll back to the menu since our last visit. It was just ok. Will drive to Half Moon Bay Sams Chowder house next time. Service was great and attentive. Some cocktails on the menu had no prices. It would be nice to know if I am paying $10 or $15 per drink. Unfortunately for the price, the meal overall did not deliver. The chowder and good service is not enough to bring us back. Also, it was my husbands birthday which I noted in the reservation. No mention was made of it. Lastly, it is incredibly awkward to tip the server with preselected percentages. You shouldnt be forced to choose from options. You should be able to freely calculate your own amount. For all of these reasons, these Fremont residents will not be returning.

    We’d been to MB one other time and enjoyed it so opted to return. While it took a bit for our entrees to be ready, the quality of food at positive attitude of our server made up for the delay. Highly recommend. Portion sizes are large for pasta dishes. Quality of seafood was excellent.

    We enjoyed dinner (4 of us) for my wife's birthday on a Saturday night. Everything was exceptional. Our waiter, Rene, was new and we were very impressed with him. His suggestions on menu items were spot on and he checked on us regularly without being overbearing . We were all very pleased with our dinners (swordfish, miso salmon, chicken piccata, sea bass). The sea bass came with melted butter on a sizzling cast iron dish that kept the fish hot down to the last morsel - delicious. Market Broiler has always been a favorite place but this visit was exceptional. We will return and hope Rene is again our waiter.

    Table was sticky Booth was covered in crumbs we ordered lobster roll and fries, fries came out cold, and the lobster roll was nothing to write home about We ordered the clams steamers and they taste like they were cooked in vinegar The only thing that actually was pretty good was the appetizer, but I’m not really sure if it was good or we were just really hungry when we got there
