   This is not a negative review despite the three star rating. Just be aware that this is a “nice” Mex food place and prices reflect that. We didn’t get beyond apps and drinks because we found the service to be too slow for evening plans, unlike run of the mill Mex. Thus the beads-up. Our food was too-notch and not cheap. Just allow time.

   I thought it was weird for a Friday that they didn’t have anyone come to the table we had to walk to the bar to get our food and drink. I think maybe they were shortstaffed for a Friday. When we sat at the bar, it took forever to get a drink, and when I asked someone working behind the bar, she pointed at someone else that would help me.  After sometime, we finally got our drinks and someone finally came by to put in our food order.  I will say that the woman bartender that waited on us  was rather rude and she came off with an attitude. It was very offputting. Typically, I would usually leave the restaurant in that situation, but I was trying to enjoy Friday night after a long work week. Hopefully, I hope you hire better & nicer staff that works behind the bar that knows how to have a conversation and not be rude to its customers. I also hope that the restaurant will be fully staffed on one of its busy nights of the week where I don’t have to walk to the bar to get food or drink.

   Our server was fantastic and patient with a group of 8 music educators who needed separate checks. Excellent service!

   First time visiting, will not be our last. Our dining experience was excellent!!! Morgan (server) was truly a pleasure to interact with She greeted us, entertained us and provided insight into popular items on the menu.

   No Selection of diet and caffeine free soft drinks; my pork carnitas were over cooked; only one vegan dish on the menu, and that was from the lunch menu, not dinner when we visited

   After being seated we waited 20-25 minutes with no contact from anyone, at which point we decided to get up and go to the bar just to get a drink. The bar was better although I don’t think the bar counter had been wiped off all night after other guests. The queso wasn’t really queso but more like shredded cheese just melted in a metal dish and had to be cut to eat it. The tacos were good. The overall experience was a huge disappointment.

   Our waitress was Sunny and it’s the second time we had her. She is wonderful. Great service and food.

   We arrived and were seated within a few minutes. The hostess brought over water. We waited over 20 minutes without anyone approaching the table, and when I got up and asked for help from the hostess, we were told the server would be over in a moment, so we spent a few minutes discussing whether or not we should stay. We had allowed 1h45m for dinner before our event, but the restaurant got busier after we arrived and we didn't think the speed of service was going to improve, so we left before anyone came to the table. We went and got Mexican food somewhere else the next night. Unfortunately there's not any more to review.

   Ashley was fantastic The ambience was very aesthetically pleasing and the food and mocktails were delicious. Definitely recommend.
