Really great experience at Fallsview. We reserved a table to see the falls at night. The pasta was great, we customized per our vegetarian need. Parking is covered in the same hotel.

We celebrated our engagement with Massimo’s. It was an amazing experience and we could not have asked for a better venue. The view of the falls was great, and the service and dining experience was even better!!

Food was way overpriced! Mushroom pasta was heavy handed in strong flavour - no subtlety/balance. Service was pleasant and competent. Lovely view of the falls but will not return.

I will start with the positive and say the service offered by Manu (I hope I am spelling his name right) was excellent. Terry was amazing as well from helping me to book the table to welcoming us at the restaurant. He was our highlight of the evening. The food was not good though and that was quite disappointing to be honest. We expected an exquisite experience but it was quite surprising. The appetizer was amazing but the main courses were not good. I had to stop half way my pasta dish as it was incredibly salty and I am one who absolutely loves salt. This meal I could not touch. To my surprise, yes I was offered a salad or a new email but by then I had lost my appetite. With no discount, no write off just a hefty bill. The ambiance was great and so was the service but the food was disappointing. Very sorry for my review but given how expensive the meals are, we left very disappointed. However Manu and Terry were exceptional!

Mattie, our Server, was fantastic. She made it a very fun night and we can’t say enough about her. The food was very good as always. It’s a great Italian experience.

This dinner was perfect start to finish. From the host, to the server, to the bartender, to the man going table to table asking how our meals were. The view is amazing (hint....go around 7:30pm to get a front row seat to the firework show on the falls). Our waitress (Michelle I think) was knowledgeable, friendly and so pleasant. We will be back in the very near future for sure. Thanks for making our 27th anniversary amazing.

We were more than disappointed. 😔 The service was not good, server was inattentive, not very helpful with the menu and actually not listening to be able to respond to what we needed. Glasses ran dry. Runners brought out food with no explanation to what it was. The decor was dated, wobbly old tables with no linens, cutlery was tired. Food presentation was mediocre, the apps were not great, the mains were better. Not worth the money and definitely not the experience we were hoping for - at all.

I went for my birthday dinner. Restaurant was hard to find. Waitress was very quiet and didn’t make it an enjoyable birthday dinner. Food and drinks took forever! We got our appetizers after our dinner, and she didn’t specify the difference between the “complementary” bread vs my ordered garlic bread, and put it in the middle of the table so everyone ate the 5 pieces before I could have anything. Then proceeded to bring the “complementary” bread AFTER 1/2 done with our plates. My boyfriend’s dinner was brought out cold, and the overall food was pretty mid. The only part I enjoyed was the wine bottle.
