    Disappointed overall. Noise level made it difficult for the servers to hear us and us to hear each other. Some mix ups with our orders.

    The bass was severely undercooked, and the Lobster mashed potatoes were watery. Very poor job of preparation.

    Food took forever to get to us. Had 31/2 hours to make show and it took over 1 1/2 to get served.

    We had an amazing time for our anniversary. Food was amazing and prepared perfectly. Service was above amazing. They gave us a surprise dessert for our anniversary. We sat at our table telling ourselves we would be coming back next time we are in Vegas. Highly recommend.

    I booked 2 weeks in advance and understand because it was Valentine’s Day that it was more than likely going to be busy, 9:45 was our reservation, we were seated at 10:52 and ended up getting our food around 12 and leaving at 12:27, We waited 3 hours for food!! I just wish they were more prepared because that honestly ruined the night. Customer service is amazing I can give them that!

    Had a reservation and didn’t get seated until almost 1 hour after also food took forever and waiters not bringing us correct water that we had asked for

    Beautiful location and we were super excited to go for Valentines day. There were major hiccups with their reservations as we waited almost 45 mins with a reservation booked well in advance. The crowd was very upset as many waited more than 30 mins to eat. Once seated, we had a great waitress Summer but because of the crowd we didnt always feel like we were able to order our food and drinks when we were ready and had to flag her down a few times. It took about 40 mins for our food to get to the table and you can imagine after a 45 minute wait to be seated, we were very hungry. People around us were getting their food while we still waited hungrily. We will definitely give them another try when its not such a busy holiday.

    Very disappointed in the service and reservation experience. Showed up to restaurant about 10 minutes before reservation time and we're unable to check in because of line. Once checked in, we were told it would be at least 30 minutes before we were able to be seated. 45 minutes later we were seat in a upstairs room for private parties, not in the main restaurant area. On waiter Chris was fantastic, but because we were so late we had to ruch dinner and miss out of desert and drinks. Unacceptable to pay for our experience.
