   Our server Brianna was fantastic! Unfortunately our food was not as good, 2 of the 4 steaks we ordered were overcooked and the lobster was somewhat rubbery.

   Our waitress was great and everyone else we interacted with. They made personalized menus for our anniversary and shared a dessert to celebrate our anniversary with us! My fiancé enjoyed this location the most out of the Mastro locations we have visited over the years!

   We celebrated our anniversary with an amazing dinner seated by the piano. We had the best time and had a fun night! The service is always outstanding.

   I went to Masteos Ocean Club last night for my birthday with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We had a reservation at 8:45 PM and arrived on time, yet our table wasn’t ready. We ended up standing for 25 minutes with no seating available, even for my 5-year-old daughter, who had to sit on the cold floor while we waited. The waitress who served us was very nice and friendly, which was the only highlight of the evening. However, the food was underwhelming. We ordered caviar oysters, and all of us experienced small pieces of shell under our teeth. It was uncomfortable and made it clear they hadn’t properly brushed off the shells before serving. I ordered the filet, and the outside was burnt, leaving a strong burnt taste that was impossible to overlook. To try and make it better, we asked for butter and were brought garlic butter and truffle butter in tiny containers. We were shocked to find out they charged $16 for each—$32 for two small portions of butter! Additionally, they offered ice cream for my daughter as a kind gesture, but they charged us for it at the end. While the staff was kind, the food quality and hidden charges made the entire experience far from enjoyable. I was hoping for a special evening for my birthday, but unfortunately, it was disappointing from start to finish.

   Delicious and the service was fantastic. Take something warm with you though if you're seated in the perimeter of the restaurant, it was quite chilly
