    No bread on the table, Over cooked lobster , gave them two chances to get it right ! Coffee machine emptied out and cleaned up before we could order . Not a great night !

    The waiting time was ridiculous even we had a reservation. They need to manage that better. Its a nice place and the food fantastic.

    We have been a couple times before but this time was very disappointed. The steak was terrible. Poor quality of meat with grizzle and fat throughout. Sides were just ok. Had to wait 30 min longer than our reservation. Won’t be back.

    Went to celebrate our daughter's birthday and from start to finish everything and everyone was exceptional. The lemon pepper chicken , garlic mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad were our choice for dinner. The food was so very good and the portions were more than enough. I would definitely recommend to anyone for any occasion. We will be returning soon.

    Personally feel the food and beverage is over priced. Very crowded and noise level was high. I expect more elegance and less distraction for the price I paid. Don’t get me wrong, the food is excellent.

    Steak was not cooked per my preference. I understand steaks are not supposed to be cooked well done per chef’s preference due to taste and texture but the only way I can eat it is well done, with no pink. The steak came out medium well and made me instantly sick.

    As always TOP NOTCH!!!! Went for a birthday dinner and was amazed! Service was AMAZING, Food and drinks WERE SPECTACULAR! I will be returning!!!

    Last night was my birthday dinner. For the last three years, my husband and I have celebrated our birthdays at Mastros. I requested a table by the water fountain, and even though two were open, we were assigned a seat on the inside near the water fountain. Crab cakes and crab fried fried rice tasted fishy and the rice was mushy. Our second fried rice was better, but the rice was still mushy. Our server was nice. He improved the longer he waited on us. He brought ONE paper napkin. I had to ask if you all still remove the crumbs from the table. I do not use public cloth napkins on my mouth or face. Our ribeye and potatoes were good. My birthday cake was overcooked. The cheese bread tasted like the refrigerator. They brought another order of bread and it tasted better, however they warmed up the bread, made it dark, and HARD. Even a horse would have had a difficult time chewing. I hope Mastros work on the kitchen and sanitation in the restaurant. The area by the water in the dining room had a smell. The manager did his role/motion of coming by….but of all the issues that were going on from our table, to the bread, and our appetizer, he should have said something.
