   Good took too long to get served. The server was fine however she was waiting on so many other tables. Had to call her over several times. Good took almost an hour to get after we ordered. My bone in ribeye was tough and gristly. They comped my steak accordingly

   The food and service were excellent . We literally could not hear ourselves talk, as the music was so loud and there were two parties of dinners that were disturbingly loud. We did ask the manager to address the issue, she spoke to the party and they were quiet for about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the manager never checked back with us. We will never return , to pay that much money for a meal, albeit delicious, and not hear each other was very disappointing. We will not return !

   Amazing food and service! Our server had a great sense of humor and made our experience very enjoyable. Live music was excellent! Make reservations early as it does get very busy at night. Definitely recommend!

   We have been to Mastro's on several occasions, this was by far the worst experience we have had. They apparently misplaced our order as dinner was served very late. In fact, we were offered desert before our dinner ever arrived. The entrees were probably set aside and forgotten. My very expensive bone in filet that was ordered medium rare, when it finally arrived it was medium well to well done. My wives' scallops were at best room temperature. Our wine glasses were never refilled, and we were not asked how our dinners were. When I brought the issues to the server's attention, we were offered a complimentary desert. This does not make up for an expensive main course gone bad. There was no sense in sending my steak back because my wife would have eaten her entree by herself and then watched me eat mine when it finally came back, and we had already been at the restaurant much longer than expected. We spoke to the manager after the meal and she apologized for our special evening not being what we expected. At that point, there was no making it right. She did call the next day and offered us a credit on our next meal, but with so many nice restaurants in the desert, it may be hard to go back.

   Worst experience at Mastros we have ever had. Our waiter took 30 minutes to come get our drink order. My wife and mother in laws fish came out cold and they did offer to heat up or make a new one. It was my wife’s birthday and we ordered a butter cake but it took 40 minutes to get. We have two small children with us. Not a great end to our dinner. Just overall not good for how much you are paying. Value was definitely not there.

   A fantastic place for very high-quality food and beverage. The wine list is exceptional. It is a busy spot, and we felt a little rushed (over processed) which impacted the dining experience. The waiter was quite busy but well informed - if you are looking for a great place to meet with clients, I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Mastro’s made our anniversary special. The staff was great, the food came out timely and Cliff our waiter was the best.

    Delicious mix of chop house and sushi bar. We had assortment of sushi for appetizers then rolled into classic chop house fare. Great meal perfect for customer wine-ing and dining.
