   Mastros never disappoints. My favorite place for dining in the desert. The live music, the lemon drops, the sides, the butter cake - everything is just so good!

   Showed up with a party of 12 instead of 10 and we were accommodated so quickly and politely too. Matthew took care of us and the service he provided through the rest of the night was amazing. Great time!

   Disappointed, tried sitting us in a corner by a door luckily moved us to the other side, it is so incredibly loud and the young woman singer who has been there many times needs to go. She struggles singing, she had a really strange sound, guitar playing is so bad. The bartenders seem to like her, I'm assuming they are how she got the job.The lady sitting next to me said the same thing that the music was so bad. I usually order a filet mignon , it was too salty and over cooked, the baked potatoe that I shared with my girlfriend was cold, the condiments cheese for the potatoe had been sitting out and wasn't fresh. The bread that you now have to pay for had an old bread smell and taste. Not sure if they are just trying to get rid of food during the middle of the week or what and have fresh food on the weekend. It was busy, I'm assuming because of the PGA West Golf Tournament. Its really disappointing, we have decided to take a break from Maestos hoping that in the future some changes will be made. Many other good restaurants in the Desert that are also expensive but are consisitent in quality. The dress code now has gone down hill, I guess jeans and tennis shoes are the in thing now, what happen to taking pride in the way you dress in a suppposedly fine dining restaurant? Management maybe needs to reassess how they run this restaurant. I used to love Maestros! I do want to say our server did a very nice job, she had a hard time communicating because it was so loud with the people and the bad music.

   Very expensive for what you get. For example, $19 for 7 sticks of asparagus.

   We celebrated my husbands birthday he enjoyed everything. The service was five star. The food excellent couldn’t have had a better experience

   Ribeye cooked to perfection with garlic mashed potatoes, Caesar salad & shrimp cocktail all split for the two of us. Server excellent & music by Chenza fabulous!
