   Outstanding service from Joe, and everything we tried was so delicious. We had a lovely family dinner before we saw a show. Joe was very mindful about making sure we got out in time. It was very fun to treat the family here.

   We had a great experience at Mastro’s. From the delicious appetizers to the great service! Our server Anthony was very professional and friendly. He made our experience extra special along with the graciousness of the managers. Can’t wait to go back!

   We had an amazing time celebrating Valentine’s Day! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening. We will definitely be back!

   Came here on a date night with my girlfriend, so dissapointed. We dont go out often so i wanted to make our valentines weekend special. Server does not introduce herself, judges us the whole time, appalled when we didnt like some of the food. Did not apologize or seem sorry in any way. Profiled me and asked for my last name after i paid as if im using a stolen card. Cherry on top is went to a local bar after that my team and the mastros' team frequents and the bartender immediately knew who i was talking about without me saying a name and agreed she was a cold person and a quote "foul character" 😭. 1/10 awful, idk how that blonde glasses older server is employed in hospitality when youre so cold and unhappy 😭.

   My first time visiting from Houston. Decided to try Mastro's here first opposed to ours on Houston. The menu selection is different. The food was very tasty. The steak and halibut were cooked nicely. The drinks were good. The bubbling lemondrop martini was so fun to look at and drink. It was my birthday and anniversary weekend they made it a special night for us. Dante' our server was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The ambience is tastefully done. The only issue for me with this place is the lack of valet. But, that's not really a thing to go against the restaurant. I'd recommend this place.... and...I will now have to compare it to the one in Houston.

   always great food and service. had a reservation for 930, arrived early and accommodated to a lovely view table. staff was attentive, including a sever who wasn't assigned to our table, but helped when we asked. would definitely dine here agsin.

   Made reservations a month out I only go to Mastros for special occasions (birthdays,anniversary,valentines etc.) I’ve been to almost every Mastros location this was my first time at the San Francisco location and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fine dining Restraunt I understand that it is all star weekend however I did make reservations a month out and showed up 45 minutes early did not get sat until 2:30 hours later then had to wait another 45-1 hour for food server was understanding and gave us some drinks and desert on the house but it did not make up for my horrible experience completely ruined my valentines with my wife. I ordered a steak medium came out rare didn’t even want to send it back and wait another hour. Location was under staffed and not trained properly. Hostess sent me to 3rd floor to get sat then back down to the second and made me carry my own drinks that I was having at the bar.

   Horrible experience. I booked a month in advance to avoid missing out on a reservation and i come to find out they over booked and allowed extra reservation for the same times. We arrived at 9:25pm for our 9:30pm reservation and the lobby was packed. We didnt get to sit down till 10:45ish pm and we didnt get our our food till 12:05am. And even then they ran out of 2/4 things we ordered and they didn’t even tell us they ran out until we finished the first dish. The staff and service was good they were patient but all blame goes on management for the poor coordination and ruining our valentines day.

    Very unorganized and the meat not to Mastros standards taste like meat u buy from a grocery isle dollar general
