   Food was good, surprised my man to a great restaurant but had horrible service - went up to front and ask for someone to get us a drink, manager came by and dropped off drink menu then to wait another 18 minutes for waitress to ask for order then wait 11 more minutes to get us a drink Don’t go there!!!!

   I enjoyed the service and how the waitress explained all the dishes well with full details. I also really loved the wagyu steak roll and I totally recommend it! Would go back again.

   We made a reservation for 6 to celebrate my finace's graduation, and called ahead of time to confirm that they received our note for a special occasion. The gentleman on the phone stated that at the end of dinner service, they would provide a special dessert with the celebrant's name on it. They brought out the check, boxed our food, and left. We could've waited, but service all night was so slow, and we were seated outside so I imagine that doesn't help. We also asked for medium rare and the center for the rib eye, NY strip, and filet were all raw. I'm somehow who absolutely enjoys eating raw stuff like steak tare tare, and I know what a medium rare steak is-- but this was just raw. Again. we just said "eh..." because we knew it would take 15+ minutes to get checked on, and another 15+ minutes for the corrections. We've been here 3 times, and I feel like each time the quality of food and service diminishes. The first time we went was when the restaurant had just opened, and I wish they still kept to that high standard they once had.

   It was an average experience given such high end restaurant. We waited for 45min even tho we have reservations. It was loud due to holiday time which i understand but the music is very mediocre. My steak came out not right the first time but they quickly made me another one again. The brussels sprouts were also on the tough side. I gave instructions on Both items when I placed my order but didn’t came out right. I would expect the food would be much better at this high end place. I had the same food at Pacific Catch a week before they came out perfectly cooked.

   I had been wanting to eat here for months and was excited for our Christmas party. We had a group of 7. It took 15 mins for our waitress to greet us and another 10 mins for our first round of drinks. Food was good, not great. When the food came, I appreciated the staff serving the sides. Atmosphere was lively and enjoyed the piano and live music.
