Drinks were excellent - the white sangria is the perfect winter drink. Tapas was good. Very solid place. A little noisy and big but overall a good date night or night with friends!

Restaurant is in the hotel atrium so open air and open to lobby. Great tapas, tons of gluten free. Excellent.

Perfect dimly lit dinner ambience with high ceilings and posh decor. Loved the urban vibe! Savory tapas dishes were beautifully prepared and tasted delicious, especially paired with a nice wine selection. Excellent service.

Just amazing. Food was delicious and had so many options. It was easy to share with my partner. Staff were generous and attentive but not overbearing. Just a great experience.

Very nice table but very chilly (windows on three sides). Server appeared new, not very knowledgeable and quite slow. Cold room meant ou food cooled off rather quickly. We dined on a Sunday and the kitchen was out of no fewer than 6 of the Tapas options on the menu, which seemed pretty excessive (some of them were items like "hummos," which you'd think would be a staple. We have frequented other Tapas places in Greater Boston and found Matadora's food to be tasty and well prepared, but not superior to others. We did not try entrees so can't comment on that. Gelatos were served without the whipped cream described on menu. We spent about $420 w tip for four. I'm not sure I would make the trip (we drove from Metrowest to meet friends) again for the experience. Reviewers are right that it is a very beautiful dining room despite being off a hotel lobby.

Waitress had too many tables. We waited too long repeatedly. Management did a poor job seating too many people vs the staff they had working.

Booked here for lunch during a conference, arrived at the time of our reservation, it took 15 minutes to be seated and the we waited another 25 minutes after being seated. We were never even acknowledged, and had to leave

We made reservations during a lunch break of a conference in the hotel. In all fairness, they were slammed with a big rush. However, even with reservations it took us 15-20 minutes to get seated. We then sat there for 20 more minutes and weren't even acknowledged by a server. We ended up leaving.
