   Keep in mind when ordering an appetizer, they are not exactly small. But oh so good. You get value for your money at this establishment. We will be going back. We were a group of 6 and the only complaint was the nachos. Poor lady could not even get through half of it. LOL.

   We eat at Match before every Rockets hockey game. Tonight was probably the worst experience we’ve had. They were quite busy when we arrived for our reservation, so we were okay to wait for service- but after 15 minutes of sitting there without anybody acknowledging us, my husband asked the host if we could have someone come take our order. When the server game by she was very friendly and you could tell she felt bad for having left us waiting for so long. We ordered our food and after about 45 minutes we had not yet received our order. We were going to ask our server to check with the kitchen the next time she walked by, but before we could - our food was brought to the table ( thankfully) . By this time most all of the restaurant guests had come and gone. We just barely made it to the game in time. Like I said ….. we go before every hockey game and always have great service and great food, so really do feel bad for complaining- but thought you should know.

   Our server had a weird rude tone from the moment she came to our table. Ordered my first drink from the gentleman who sat us at the table a tall Caesar extra spicy. When our server finally came she barely listened and was off. We ordered food and I ordered a Caesar but just regular spice as the last had a little too much kick for me. Usually bartenders don't make them with any kick so I order them spicy. But this bartender was good so just the regular would do. I then got an extremely dirty Caesar loaded with Worcestershire and no spice at all. When I let her know the drink was not good and I had ordered it differently she took it away very clearly upset and didn't try to understand at all. The drink was then made wrong again. Staff were bickering with each other clearly in front of customers. When approaching the bartender I was met with frustration and I feel like nobody would actually ask me what I had ordered and just kept bickering about what they had interpreted for each other. Such a weird experience. Worked in the service industry for years and this was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. I'd never go back there.

   Went to match before a comedy show. Service was very slow and we had 4-5 different waiters. Wasn’t quite sure who was our server. Decent happy hour but not a show stopping place

   Sometimes this place is great, sometimes not. Don't go if you have any kind of timeline to keep

   We went for their special turkey dinner. There was hardly any gravy, food was cold, we had a teaspoon or less of cranberry sauce. The stuffing was hard as a rock and we asked for hot gravy, so we could at least pour it over our mail. It took 15 minutes to get gravy and the gravy wasn’t hot. We ended up bringing our meals home, and the manager agreed to compensate us for our meals. He said he keeps telling the kitchen that the food’s not hot enough, but they are unionized and he’s not, he so they didn’t seem to care what he thought. This was a really unfortunate experience because normally the Match is our go to place to eat. We can always rely on the food great service and good prices, but not this time.

   Good menu selection . Great happy hour over the dinner period, which is rare. Any size wine is half price… which is usually so expensive else where. Service was very good. Food was good but I wished I had asked for dressing on the side. It was quite heavy. Calamari was tasty and plentiful but very small rings.

    Always enjoy our meal. We have dinner before every hockey game and never disappointed
