   Oddly, the first 2 items our table order were not available, the server was unaware, when a replacement was requested, it too was not available. The third item was available…. The wait staff’s apologies were accepted. The food that eventually arrived was good,

   I'm usually pretty tolerant and I know most restaurants try hard to please their customers, but I'm very disappointed with my experience. We had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food and when it did arrive it was cold. Three out of the four dishes we ordered were cold and the other just lukewarm. Our waiter never checked to see if we were doing ok or if we needed anything else. Had to call him over for more water and for salt and pepper. Very disappointed because this was not a cheap meal and I think there should be some quality of food and service. Would not go back again. Better places with better prices.

   It was my first time going to wasaga beach match eatery. We went with family for my 60th birthday and our waiter Richard was AMAZING. He gave us great meal suggestions, he was fun, he was a great waiter. Thank you Richard for your GREAT HOSPITALITY! You made my 60th birthday special.

   Our dinner was great, server was excellent he was very efficient and checking to make sure everything was okay. We all had the turkey club sandwich, it was great and so filling.

   Booked a reservation for dining for Valentine's Day. Our service was poor at best. Took our order, brought our food and then disappeared. We waited for approximately 20 minutes before I had to get the hostess to track him down so that we could get our bill. The food was below par, shrimp scampi was something I could've got myself from Wal Mart. Our main course was the most expensive on the menu. The rib and chicken combo was disappointing, chicken was microwaved to the point of dehydration and the ribs were hard enough to throw through a window. We will not be returning to dine here again and not will I recommend to others.

   We were seated and had to wait over ten minutes and then had to ask for a server. We had dinner and server immediately brought our bill without asking if we wanted coffee or dessert. Beverage was tasteless and flat had to ask for a replacement . We are regular customers always hoping for a better experience after this experience we will not be going back.

   I want to say that changing and modifying my reservation numerous times to add additional people to my group was handled very efficiently and was much appreciated!! We started with group of 6 then changed to 9 and changed again to 11 and at last minute to 13!! Well done!! Thankyou!! Food and service exceptional!! We will all come again!!
