    Anxious to try out the new digs of Maui Brewing in Kaanapali, we were delighted with our evening. The Short Ribs were tender and flavorful, with a welcome side of carrots, zucchini, and sweet potato gratin. Also, the Mahi Mahi was nicely prepared and tasty. Beers are always wonderful at Maui Brewing. Service was good and the singer providing entertainment at a volume level that still allowed conversation was very good. Overall, very nice experience.

    Our server was nice and having a reservation is a must. We were seated right away and the host was friendly. It’s a totally busy time of year and I am so impressed how hard they all work. Unfortunately, Our food was not great-my nachos were cold and soggy. The singer was good and the drinks were good.

    The Caesar salad was drowning in too much dressing. The steak nachos were really dry. The truffle fries were dry with not much flavor.

    Too many unpleasant situations to write them all down. The MaiTais we’re good though. This restaurant is crossed off our “must go” list.

    staff- reasonably pleasant, food- average for the ka’anapali area, seemed abit rough around the edges- food and drinks were just dropped off at the table, no coasters for cocktails, discussion of your entrees, basically like “here you go”.

    We reserved outdoor seating and we were informed when we arrived that the outdoors wouldn’t open until 4 pm / our reservation was for 3:15 pm. I told the hostess something near the outside would be awesome. We were seated on the interior, even though there was plenty of seating close to outdoors! We ordered a cocktail and I asked for a glass of ice cubes. The drinks were delivered - but I didn’t get the ice cubes. We ordered food - the calamari was a little tough, French fries were good. Still no ice. I asked again and eventually the ice showed up. We were asked to cash out due to shift change and that another waiter would take over. We never saw another waiter and after a period of time, we left! Very disappointing!
