   We had a booking for 8pm and were seated promptly. It was about 25 minutes before we got a drink. Our chicken wing starters were cold. We didn’t get our mains until near 9:30. One of our party ordered a pizza without onion - it came with onion. To be fair they made a fresh pizza but it only took 3 minutes so was only barely cooked. One of our party ordered a drink and had to ask for it at least 3 times. One of a party had special dietary requirements and you couldn’t be share or confident that these were addressed. Expensive for okay food and poor service.

   We went to Maximillian's for a family dinner, to celebrate my sister's birthday. The venue has a special vibe from the moment you step in: cosy decorated with a tasteful touch of Italian design and a lovely atmosphere that reminded us of Venice. The Manager is doing an excellent job in making everyone feel welcome even with a "full house" and the food is delicious. Thank you, Patrizio, for being such an amazing and thoughtful host. We will be happy to come back to Maximillian's any time soon.

    Worst service I’ve ever had. Granted the restaurant was extremely busy and I understand that but we were waiting 1 hour for starters (soup) and another hour for main courses pasta and pizza. Being honest it ruined our evening and we were there for a birthday celebration. Food was nice once it came but service was just poor Never got a drink order. Will not be returning
