   There were a number of factors contributing to my rating: 1. Service was subpar, we had a reservation for 14, for my mom’s birthday. There was multiple times where our waiter wouldn’t come to check on us for long stretches of time resulting in having to wait considerable time to get napkins, salt/pepper, water re-fills, butter that was missing w/ bread, the basics really. Our food was mixed up upon delivery & in a few cases wrong 2. Food quality & temperature missed the mark. We ordered a range of the menu (fish, chicken, steak, flatbread, apps, soup, salad, etc.) and the overall consensus was that it was edible but not good. Additionally, the theme of waiting continued with respect to having our entrees delivered only to discover that ALL hot meals were either cold or lukewarm 3. It felt like a pub more than a dining experience. There were a few other large parties there, one seated directly behind us, with hardly enough room to sit back to back, that was EXTREMELY loud & vulgar. I honestly couldn’t think straight for the screaming that was occurring in such close proximity Among these qualms was the response of the manager. After I had to get up to find salt and pepper, so my dad’s food wouldn’t get any cooler, as we waited for the next time our waiter would come by, I went to the bar to ask for the manager. I expressed our dissatisfaction and her response was that they are busy. I didn’t think that was a reasonable answer. I shared that feedback with her and she said she would see what she could do on our bill to accommodate. Fast forward meal ends, they don’t offer my mom a birthday dessert for her 60th (which they do typically offer), bill comes with NO discount reflected. I inquire about it and she brings me a new bill with 1 appetizer removed valued at $12.50 for a tab over $800. After further discussion, it ends in a 20% overall discount, which I agreed too, but it does not mean we’ll be returning. In my opinion, this location has declined considerably.

   The service by the waiter was lacking and bad service. He didn't bring bread nor steak knifes nor refill water. The foods were salty especially the seabass. Some dishes were missing sauces. Overall not a good service from high end restaurant.

   Had an amazing experience at Resturtant. My husband and I visited for my birthday. The staff was phenomenal and professional. The food was delicious. We will definitely be going back.

   We had a very nice meal. Food was excellent. Our Waitress Lilly was very kind and helpful. She gave us very good service. We will come back for sure!
