Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

We heard about this restaurant in The NY Times article about the top 50 restaurants in the US. It did not disappoint. We shared 5 small plates and the food was imaginative and so flavorful. Nice size portions and we took some home. Our waitress Sara was great - very attentive and gave us some good ideas for soaking in Pagosa. It was quite chilly in the room which was a bit disconcerting. But we would comeback in a heartbeat!

Our server Morgan was great, super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, and attentive. The food, drinks, and service were a 10/10!

The food was delicious and creative. Server was pushy and disappointed we didn’t order more dishes. We were seated next to entry so it was drafty and not terribly charming
