Meat Market features the posh Crudo Bar—an outdoor lounge featuring an eclectic, sumptuous raw bar with staples such as: fresh oysters and indigenous seafood—offering our diners a raw bar experience unlike anything in town. World renowned Executive Chef Sean Brasel has created a menu that embraces the staples of a classic steakhouse – a variety of prime cuts, amazing sides and appetizers, top notch wine list – by infusing it all with an artful, contemporary spin. Enjoy daily happy hour from 4-7PM with dinner starting at 5PM, lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30AM - 3:00PM, and weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 11AM-3:30PM.

Although I understand from a timing and experience perspective if not seating until everyone in the party is there, at times you are missing out on additional spend as I would have spent more money waiting on my party while seated at my table then waiting on my party and then be seated.

Duck and sweet potato waffle, and steak and eggs were both delicious and cooked well. Service was great, just a little loud.

We love Alex!!! My son and I dine about every week, and always enjoy our service, the food and outdoor seating! Thank you, Meat Market for a Ensuring a great evening dining out! Wine, appetizers, entrees, and desserts are always top tier :)

The steak was good. It was undercooked, but I did not send it back because the service was very, very slow that evening. My guess is they are a little understaffed for the crowd. The waitress was very friendly when she showed up, but it took her 45 to 50 minutes after our initial seating to get our order into the kitchen. I would definitely go back to give them another try in hopes that they have figured out their staffing needs. the cream. Spinach was delicious, but the twice baked potato was meh. Prices were fair.

It was amazing, as always! Food was amazing and so was service. Also, I want to thank you for enforcing your no dog policy inside the restaurant. The hostess was definitely being pushed by some. She did amazing!!!!

This place is in Hyde Park so the location is easy to find with plenty of free parking around. The service was outstanding but the food is not worth the price. It’s okay, but didn’t meet my expectations. Music was too loud and we sat outside. More of a chill spot for drinks than a nice dinner spot. It’s a nice restaurant but I’m not planning on going again for dinner. If I’m in the area I’ll stop and grab some drinks. 3.9/5 for me.

Great food and amazing service but keep in mind that it is very loud on weekends. Hard to have a conversation.

We had a wonderful evening. The food and drinks were amazing. Really enjoyed the fig old fashioned. Our appetizers shrimp cocktail and the truffled oyster roasted oysters were delicious. The entrees were well prepared enjoyed the short rib and salmon. The only downside was it is very noisy in the restaurant and it was crowded on Saturday night. We will definitely come back again
