I have mixed feelings. Some of the food was unique but the steak trio could have been seasoned more. Since later in evening restaurant was mostly empty but took 5 minutes standing to figure out where to sit us and then switched table to booth with waiter anyway after hostess wasn’t sure. Bathroom out of toilet paper and both men’s and women’s bathrooms unclean at end of night. It is a trendy place and ambiance nice but with open to outside car outside left car lights on in parking spot blinding us during meal which isn’t restaurant’s fault more a design flaw of hyde park village. The steaks were cooked medium as requested so no issue there. Restaurants near Tampa close too early but Meat Market was open an hour or two later. Our server was fine and did everything well except we could have had bread at table earlier while we waited but ate it simultaneous to meal. I think it was more enjoyable going when less busy than during weekend during day when it is packed to have a more laid back experience.

From start to finish the entire meal was perfect. Minimal wait to be sat as well as each course was properly timed! Our server was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu when we asked questions! We will definitely be returning!

My spouse and I are both physicians, and I highly recommend this place for a fine wining and dining experience such as a date night with your spouse or loved one or just to get away, relax and have a fun night. One of our favorite places to visit in Tampa. We are recurrent patrons, and we will be back!
