   We have been to this restaurant several times. This time was not great. Overdressed limp salad, grainy sauce on the meat, warm-ish fries and steak that felt like they had been under a heat lamp. We remember it being much better.

   This was a disappointing experience. We’ve been a couple of times, but this wasn’t worth the cost or up to snuff. Our waiter was not very attentive. It took a very long time to get our steak and fries. A table who was sat after us received their food way before us. When ours finally arrived, it was well done when we had requested medium. We sent it back and waited for a little while again. The meat that came was still medium well, not medium. We didn’t want to wait any longer so we ate it. Our second portions were also not correct. Mine was medium to medium well but my husband’s was way more cooked, definitely medium well to well again. We were offered a complimentary dessert but overall left very disappointed especially given the price point. The service was very lackluster and we felt mostly ignored, and our steak was not the right temperature at all.

   This place has gone downhill. When I ordered a medium steak I received a completely rare one and when I got the new one the fries were hard as rocks. This is the first time I’ve had an experience like this there, and it was pretty disappointing.

   The food was really good and so was the service. This place is consistently good, but there was a little something more this time. Definitely enjoyed my meal and will continue to patronize this location.

   Medium Rare has been on my list to try for a while and honestly I wish it would have stayed that way a little longer. While the food, for the price, was good and the servers were on their game all night the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The restaurant was clearly over booked and the hostesses were wholly unable to correctly estimate the waiting time (even for us with reservations). I'm fine to wait but waiting for more than 30 minutes after my reservation after I was told it would be 5 minutes is irritating. The managers were clearly unprepared to direct the staff to stop taking walk-ins and were generally rude to the staff (bumping into them while they tried to serve customers, reseating customers in the middle of service, etc.). While I enjoyed the food, I will never be coming back to this location and advise that others do not go to it.

   The food is delicious - but the service is poor. Once the initial round of drinks is served, no additional drinks were provided after being requested and ordered. The tables are too close together and the staff constantly run into chairs. It's very loud inside.

    Good service, great brunch! I had bottomless mimosas and a serving of steak, fruits and fruit salad for like $35
