   Haim was excellent as were all the other staff. The food was good. The music was way too loud - but they were kind enough to turn it down when we asked! Thank you for a lovely evening!

   Nice overall with some flaws. Ordered a bottle of white wine but it was not cold. They tried to chill it so we did not get until the start of our mains. Disappointed that we were basically told we had to leave as we were never made aware of a time limit so we ate dessert elsewhere. Food and portions were good

   The elevated Greek food is fantastic! Portions are large. Cypriana was our waitress and she was excellent: very attentive, super friendly and well informed about the menu. We will absolutely be back again!

   It's a new place and worth a try. Food was good, quality ingredients. Service was slow, but servers were kind and courteous. Restaurant is small, some tables were very close to each other and it can be tough to carry a conversation but vibe good. Like many new restaurants opening recently, the menu is on the pricey side. Considering the location, venue itself, and slow service it's not yet delivering value against the price.

   My girlfriend and I had high expectations for our dinner at Medusa, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We had reserved a booth in advance due to her mobility issues, but upon arrival, we were left waiting for an hour before being seated. Once we finally sat down, it took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and it was evident that customer service was not a priority, as the manager made no effort to address the delays or ensure a better experience. When the food did arrive, it was underwhelming. The sea bass, which should have been a highlight, was completely bland. Every dish seemed uninspired and lacked depth, making the meal feel more like an afterthought than a well-prepared dining experience. Overall, the combination of long wait times, poor service, and forgettable food made this an unfortunate visit. We had hoped for a special evening, but Medusa fell far short of expectations.

    I recently visited Medussa, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The lively atmosphere, filled with the sounds of Greek music and laughter, made it clear that this was going to be a fun evening. The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish we tried, from the appetizers to the mains to dessert, were delicious and expertly prepared. Medussa truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Opa!
