Lovely meal - first visit. Might go back. One thing put us off was the flickering lights... sort those out and we'd come back certainly.

What a lovely place. Very nicely done inside with a great relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Staff and service was excellent, food was good and would definitely go back if in the area again. We would definitely consider staying in the hotel.

Good menu selection. Food well prepared and presented. Decent portions. Washroom facilities modern and very clean

The food was outstanding, the atmosphere and service were also brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal at a reasonable price.

We had an enjoyable lunch but unfortunately the white wine had not been chicken before it was put in the ice bucket. We only discovered this once we'd poured our first glasses.

Everything was lovely till my friend got her coffee and it spilt all over the saucer, she didn’t say anything thinking the waitress would just take it back to give her a fresh one but she didn’t, a knapkin from me to soak the spilt coffee up did the job but it would have been nice if she had been looked after with a fresh one.

We had a very nice and tasty meal at Meldrums. It was our first time here and the decor is beautiful and there was a really nice ambiance and lighting. The haddock aranchini balls were delicious and well seasoned. The monkfish came with fresh asparagus and the portions were huge, I couldn't finish it. The fish was slightly over done but overall it was a very enjoyable main course. The menu provided a good selection and we felt it was priced reasonably. The service was ok but as it was a busy evening, we could tell instantly the wait staff were a bit stressed and under pressure. Our server was quite short with us and never gave any eye contact. Again, perhaps they were under pressure as it was a busy evening. Over all it was a enjoyable evening, and we look forward to visiting again.
