Visiting from Florida and had the pleasure of being welcomed here for Christmas dinner. The food and service were incredible, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holiday. This place is the real deal—fresh and absolutely delicious!

Wonderful food, ambience and service! The staff welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Food was fantastic! We will come again. Thank you to everyone who made our Christmas Eve special and enjoyable!

A treasure to be sure! Thoroughly enjoyed the evening from greeting by the owner and a few laughs to very good, drinks, bread and food served efficiently. We had a very good evening out.

Mele rivals all top rated restaurants. Small plate of trout and asparagus featured perfectly cooked items with delicious, delicate, savory, light and creamy sauce with ginger on the side. My husband’s steak was superb and our first-time-at-Mele guests were delighted with their four cheese ravioli, with special kudos to the spinach on top. Carlos is a lovely, skilled waiter, our long time favorite. Mele wins the prize.

This hit the spot- had two sets of grandparents (my husband and my parents) loved the food, we could talk and visit together. The staff was so attentive and the food delicious- will be back for sure

We were there for Thanksgiving dinner. Hospitality, food and service were great. Tables were a bit small (especially tables for two). Men’s washroom was being remodeled so everyone was sharing the ladies’ room. We will return for the hospitality, food, and service.

Title: Disappointing Experience on Christmas – Loyalty is a Two-Way Street RESERVATION DECEMBER 25, 2024 5pm We have been a loyal customer of Mele for years, always looking forward to dining at this establishment, especially on special occasions. Unfortunately, our experience tonight on Christmas has led us to decide that we will no longer patronize Mele. We made a reservation online a month ago for a specific table at 5 PM, following their instructions to ensure a smooth visit. Upon our arrival, we found that a party had been seated at our reserved table. The owner, Frank, informed us that they were busy and had given our table to another group that arrived earlier. While we understand that it was a crowded evening, it was disheartening to see our reservation disregarded. As loyal customers who have consistently supported Mele, regularly dining there and always generous with gratuities, especially through the pandemic, we felt that our loyalty had not been reciprocated. The service quality and overall dining experience have noticeably declined since business has picked up, and it has affected our enjoyment as diners. It’s unfortunate because we have truly loved this restaurant, but the events of tonight made it clear that loyalty is indeed a two-way street. We’ve decided that we will seek out alternative dining options moving forward. I hope management takes this feedback to heart and works to restore the excellent service that once made Mele a beloved dining destination.

We had a wonderful experience today. The food and service was spectacular! Our group had a variety of different menu items and all were incredibly satisfied. Following our meal we sampled a variety of desserts … they were amazing as well. Very comfortable and classy atmosphere and the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming.
