We stayed at the hotel and tried the restaurant. It was just what we were looking for. We had a great meal and everyone was so very attentive!

Really enjoyed dining at Mercante when we stayed at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane hotel. My son and I dined there several times (breakfast and dinner) during our five-night stay in late March/early April, and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Great value.

This restaurant is NOT open on Mondays. And left us scrambling for some place to have dinner.

Booked for valentines day. They could not find my reservation but we got seated anyway. It took a while before anyone came around to take the order. There were shells in my crab salad. The waiters did not pay attention as to when wine needs to be refilled. One of them nearly took the plate away from us without asking if we were finished. 2 mins after the second course was served someone came around and asked if we were finished with it despite the fact the plate was nearly untouched. Food was food overall but service needs to be improved. Definitely.
