The staff was very accommodating to us when we came for an after show dinner. We hadn’t realized they close at 9 PM. Food was excellent!

This is really quite a good restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised given the all the usual issues associated with pre-theater dining in the Times Square district. The reservation was honored immediately with no line or waiting, and the seating, though close, was not cramped as it is in some of the Lincoln Center restaurants. The service was outstanding. There was no rush, the courses were spaced nicely. A house cocktail was actually unique and interesting. The tuna & avocado appetizer was exceptional and generous. Oyster selection was reasonable and very fresh. The salmon with celery root puree was very tasty, and the cod with mussels is actually a very interesting and spicy sort of bouillabaisse, outstanding. Portion sizes were ample. We were seated at 5:25 and had plenty of time to get to our 7PM show. We will definitely make this one of our go to places for future Broadway pre-show dinners.

Terrible service! Servers went on break and 2 covered the whole restaurant. Waited for drink refills and condiments. Food mediocre. Corn bread was so bland and dry.

This has become our “go to” whenever going to the theater. We like it so much we even went to celebrate my husband’s birthday with the family. Reliably excellent food. Oyster lovers will delight. Service exceptional as well.

Our waiter made the whole experience excellent! Jonathan was so polite, respectful, attentive and enjoyable to talk to. He has good communication skills and provided quality service. Food was very good. Love the ambiance of the restaurant and the spaciousness.
