Mermaid Oyster Bar is a family of casually sophisticated seafood restaurants born in New York in 2003.

Starting out in Manhattan’s East Village as a spot-on rendition of a casual New England fish shack, The Mermaid Inn has morphed into an American seafood brasserie, replete with style, hospitality and a menu marked by bold and seasonally inspired cuisine.     3 out of 4 lunches ordered were disappointing. I've been to the Mermaid Inn Chelsea previously and loved everything about it. Times Square one misses the mark in my opinion. Surly waitress and sub-par food for most of us. We'll not be back.

    You would never know your in Times Square when you step inside. So cozy, welcoming and warm. Food and drinks were outstanding and our server Johnathon made the night for us. He was so amazing!! Thank you for. Fantastic experience.

    Delicious if limited menu. If you don't get the parker house rolls, are you even a fan of food. Waitstaff is fantastic.
