   Everything was fine but I didn’t like the raw Brussel sprouts with the lamb. I would have thought for a $44.00 course they could’ve prepared in one way or another

   Food,wine and staff are all excellent. I always enjoy the atmosphere both in summer and winter. It is one of my most favourite restaurants on the peninsula. We go there frequently.

   Another fantastic lunch. The food and wine is tremendous but the super friendly and efficient staff make it all the better.. Love this Restaurant.

   Great venue, dining options inside and out are fantastic. Staff friendly, efficient and the food is lovely. A great place to take friends, family or a table for two. You will enjoy everything about Merricks General Store.

   Waiter lovely but otherwise a different place to 2 years ago. Burger was plain and simple, shoulder good veggies undercooked . One course for 3 people with no sides took 90 mins to arrive, menu limited used to have casual options. Place has changed from a cosy peninsula venue with atmosphere and spunk to trying to be too upmarket and lost its character. So sad as I loved this place

    We drove an hour to dine at Merricks general store for my husband’s birthday, sadly his food never came, we left and he never got to eat!!!! The manager never came to talk to us and did absolutely nothing to try helping us. One of the young waitresses was very nice so that was great. My food was lukewarm and not great.
