Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email eventsmaui@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

      All I can say is WOW! The food was beyond incredible, the service was impeccable, and the ambience (live music) was lovely. If you’re contemplating dining at Merriman’s, don’t hesitate and make that reservation. I ordered the macadamia nut crusted fish with gnocchi and it was the best meal I’ve had yet. The drinks are superb, the appetizers were great, and the desserts were decadent. We were celebrating something special, they noted that, and served our entire table free champagne as well. Can’t wait to come back!

      Unbelievable! My new favorite restaurant on Maui. The food was incredible, our server was the best and the ambiance was second to none. Love, love, love. You won’t be disappointed.

      Best cocktails on the island. Food incredible. Aside from the wonderful food trucks, grocery store food, small mom and pop places, best restaurant food we had. Def the top for high end dining in Maui.

      Merriman’s does not disappoint! The service is top notch and the food is amazing. I would like to note that I let the server know of my gluten allergy and he explained all the options that were available gluten free. When the food was delivered, it was announced that my meal was gluten free twice! It made me feel great that everyone involved was well aware. The surroundings are beautiful and the food is always fresh and delicious. We have been here to Merriman’s in Kapalua several times and the food and service are consistently excellent. I highly recommend dining here if you are looking for an amazing restaurant.

      The food alone is worth the adventure, but then you add the excellent service and the beautiful environment and it was a perfect evening overall. What a lovely way to end a wonderful vacation in Maui.
