    The food and service are excellent- there isn't much more to say. A reservation is essential- we went at 1:00 on a Wednesday, and it was packed. Many of the people were clearly regulars- greeting each other and the staff warmly. We have been to this location and the one in Poipu- both are definitely worth the trip. And it's good value for the quality of the food.

    Absolutely wonderful. We never miss an opportunity to dine at Merriman’s when we come to the Big Island. The food is so fresh and flavorful with a really unique menu. It’s small, intimate and the staff are lovely.

    Wonderful food, drinks, atmosphere and service. Good selection of entrees and the ability for a someone to order 1/2 size of 2 entrees which enabled us to enjoy more of the offerings. Not to be missed. Be sure to reserve in advance. It’s very popular.

    First time at this Merriment and well worth the effort and experience. Food was amazing, service (Howard) was fantastic. Short drive from Waikoloa where we were staying. Have been wanting to come here for some time and so glad we did. Hard to get reservations but worth the effort. You don't want to miss this one.
