    I was looking forward to coming here but it’s just a complete disappointment. First I booked on open table months in advance and they canceled it a week before my booking. So I rebooked it for a lunch. Seated in the side corner was not very pleasing. Then I got the wrong order. They corrected it after the other 3 guests had already eaten. Then it shows up very unappetizing to look at pork tacos. Just tasted so strange like cumin overcharge. Weird dip sauce. Gross. Pork sandwich shows up with no sides not even a pickle. Tasted ok. Nothing special. Burger was good. Last year I had supper there it was amazing. I was telling the family we were going to have a farm to table meal. Let’s just say there is better food elsewhere.

    Great Food and Service! Loved the Lobster Ravioli, Lamb, Mahi Mahi and of course the Pineapple Bread Pudding! Would highly recommend for special occasions!

    Our dinner at Merriman’s was phenomenal! The staff was ultra attentive and went out of their way to accommodate my daughter’s celiac needs. The food was perfection. The freshest ingredients and creative combinations of flavors. Will definitely return.

    Great meal at Merriman’s. We stop every time we are on the Big Island. Kimo, our waitperson, was excellent in timing the meal and knowledgable of the menu. High recommend for a great lunch or dinner experience. P. S. The bread pudding dessert is fabulous!
