   The service was great. Strongly recommend the guacamole appetizer which is made fresh at the table. The shrimp and grits also excellent entree.

   Back again for another visit. Great menu choices and service. We enjoyed the Tomahawk Pork Chops and Ribs. The Cherry Apple Crisp was delicious. Thank you Carlos for your attentive service. I appreciate the KETO choices as well.

   Mesa Grill Sedona never disappoints! Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two, a gathering with family, or reconnecting with friends. From the moment we entered, Darius showcased his managerial expertise, setting the tone for an outstanding experience. We arrived twenty minutes before their amazing Happy Hour, and unlike some restaurants that insist on only offering the dinner menu, Darius provided both options a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. For starters, the Crab Stack and ceviche were absolute must haves fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our party of four (two couples) hadn’t seen each other in a year, so there was plenty to catch up on. Despite our lively conversation, Nico, our exceptional server, struck the perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive. His knowledge of the menu and effortless presentation of food and drinks elevated our experience. From the inviting atmosphere to the fresh and delicious variety of dishes, every detail was executed with precision. Thanks to the seamless service and attention to detail from both Darius and Nico, our outing was nothing short of a five-star experience. If you’re in Sedona, Mesa Grill is an absolute must-visit!

   Waitstaff was great! Food was spaced so we could enjoy our appetizer. Watching planes take off and land as we ate was great. Food was all very good!

   Our waitress was Kirsten and she was absolutely a gem. Fantastic service. The chips, guac and salsa is delicious!! Highly recommend!

   Service amazing! Beautiful location at sunset! Definitely an unassuming vibe that you will have exceptional food…our food was some of the best we had in Sedona! Shrimp ceviche, chicken & rigatoni pasta and fish & chips (biggest pieces of Parmesan crusted snapper)…Delicious! Oh and we saw some planes land and even saw an aborted landing of a bigger airplane!    Sat on the covered patio in hope of seeing the sun set but quickly realized that we could not see it from the restaurant…. However, we ordered dinner and were not disappointed! All four meals were outstanding and the service and follow up was great. We visited on our last night in Sedona and after reviewing the breakfast menu, are looking forward to returning for at least a breakfast and a dinner on our next visit! This is a must visit dining destination while in Sedona!

   The service was outstanding! Friendly waitstaff. Our meals were delicious. The honey fried chicken and crispy trout entrees provided palate pleasing, unique flavors that worked wonderfully together ! I felt the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    Our waiter Luis was great, and the food and drinks we had were just wonderful. The Chef Mercer’s Tableside Guacamole was delicious and the Apple/Cherry Crisp with caramel ice cream dessert was a delight. We also had a blackberry jalapeño margarita and paper airplane cocktails which were very well prepared and tasteful and to finish we had a coffee with Baileys, which honestly many places just don’t do well (here’s a black coffee and a shot of Baileys), but here it was perfectly prepared together topped with a shot of whipped creme. A perfect ending. And yes, we went for dinner and ended with just drinks, the tableside guac and a dessert - and it was one of the best “meals” we’ve had in Sedona.
