   We've been to brunch at Mesita several times and everything we've ordered has always been delicious and generous in portion. The Mesita French Toast, Enchilada and Mesita Benedict are excellent. I'd return again and again.

   The food was delicious . It was a little loud. Our waitress Leslie was an incredibly friendly person. she was very attentive too. It was refreshing as to how polite and friendly she was. The portions were a good size and the fajitas were delicious.

   On a slow, cold Wednesday night we found the service to be inattentive. Three out of 4 meals were delivered and then we sat and waited for the 4th…not forever but long enough for it to be annoying. We had to request a second round of drinks after waiting a while for the server to return. And then the bill was placed on the table with the dessert menu as the server started wiping our table with an alcohol wipe. It was not a great way to end our meal.

   Everything was delicious! Chicken wings, queso, quac, chicken empanadas were outstanding! Fajitas, enchiladas, rib steak, skirt steak and chicken quesadillas all excellent. No complaints. Our service was also very good. I liked the Port Washington location better than Garden City.

   I bought a $100 gift card which came with a $25 bonus. Son of a gun waiter used just $100 so I added for the tip thinking I would use the $25 on my next visit. Come next visit, that guy used $14 of that $25. Don't know how he did it because it wasn't on my check. I complained to the manager who said he would research and call me back. Of course he didn't Big picture is its only $9 but taking $14 without permission is a foul.

   As always, the food is delicious and the service is very good. It’s just a dark atmosphere and very noisy.

    Great food, great service by the staff, potions are great for the price. Definitely will go back again. Lots of free parking as well.
