   We had a terrible experience. One of us ordered a gluten-free vegetarian pasta, and it was delayed by 30 minutes after they made a pork carbonara.once it came out, it was inedible, crunchy, and hard. My friend ordered sole lemon picatta, which was breaded with bland crumbs minimal sauce and overwhelmed the delicate fish. That, too, was inedible. The restaurant is nicely appointed near Seattle Center, which is why we selected this place. We went to our concert hungry. Fortunately, we brought our own wine, and that was delicious. The waitress was sweet and apologetic. The restaurant was too busy for the staffing, which is why mistakes were made. They did comp our meal, but nothing was eaten. We will not return to this restaurant. I was very excited to find a new place that took reservations near the arena. Keep looking elsewhere.

   There was a table in our area that we're so loud and obnoxious that it ruined the experience for us completely. To top it off for some reason they were not offering the pasta flight the night we were there. Since they have gained so much notarity for it if there are nights when it is not available they should let you know when you make the reservation or they had my contact information they could have shot us a text or email.

   My husband and I came here for our anniversary and we were disappointed due to the long wait of receiving our entrees. We had ordered the pasta flight after 30 mins of waiting we received our food but it was cold and bland. We couldn’t enjoy our food due to the fact of how cold it was.

   Visited this restaurant on the recommendation of friends who had a great previous experience, but we were all quite disappointed. Our server completely neglected our table- super slow to take our order, the food took forever, 20+ mins for a glass of wine to be delivered (had to ask the hostess for help), never got more water for the table. When we politely asked about the long waits he said 3 servers called in sick and the restaurant was very busy, but the restaurant was only half full. It was frustrating. Even with a busy kitchen, please warn us when we sit down and keep the water and wine glasses full! With a 22% service charge included in the bill, we expected more. The server also explicitly asked for additional gratuity to be added to the 22%, which was bold. While the service was the big driver of our low review, the food was also disappointing. The charred broccolini was way undercooked and hard. The Caesar salad was 75% cheese/25% lettuce. The sole was huge and fried hard (very dry) with not enough piccata sauce for the full filet. The friends who recommended said everything was much better their previous visit and it seemed like the kitchen was off this night. I’m hopeful this is true but I wont be rushing back anytime soon.

   The place and atmosphere is very nice, the service was great. The pasta board is an amazing idea, but it wasn’t good; it looked awesome. But I really wish it tasted better. On a good side tiramisu was exceptionally delicious.

   Took 50 mins to get a cocktail and 40mins to get a bottle of wine delivered to the table. The wait staff was hustling and maybe a bartender called in sick. But definitely not the level of service I’m used to there, especially on a concert night.

   Took 60 mins to get drinks. (After food arrived) The bar understaffed. The bartender did not handle well. Told us “he wasn’t taking any new drink orders”. Thank goodness we had a dinner reservation. Very busy due to Usher concert. Lots of open tables yet long line to get in. Seemed like no manager directing team. First time for friends I was with. They won’t go back. 🙁. Too bad as great food.

   Service was very poor. Took 20 minutes to be acknowledge and another 10 after that before we got water and a drink order. We just order food at that time too cause we didn’t know when we would see our server again. Finally got our food which was the pasta board everyone comes for. Some pasta was lukewarm while others were cold. Would go back for flavor and other items but wouldn’t expect much in terms of service. Didn’t see our server till we flagged her down for boxes and had to flag her down again for the bill. Bathroom was also gross and smelled horrible. Unfortunate but would go back for food. Low standard expectation /:

    We had a pre-hockey game meal here. The food and service were great but the prices are noticeably high. They do this thing where they charge you and then add 22% which they explain allows them to pay their staff higher than average wages. However, once you pay, then pay 22%, then add on a tip you leave wondering whether you received great value. Probably will not return for this reason.
