Some appetizers are overpriced specially the zaater shrimp. $20 per shrimp !! Really??!! The cauliflower was overcooked to the degree that it was crumbling when you try to eat it with the fork. Sauce on it was very little and not enough. The butterfly sea bass was overcooked to the degree that you could not separate the meat from the skin. It was swimming in sauce. Maybe you should serve the sauce on the side. Overall there was lack of flavour on all the dishes. Potatoes were cooked to perfection and very tasty. We were party of four and waiter delivered 3 copies of the menus. Kept waiting for the third menu which took a long time to come in. Asked the waiter for some lime for our sparkling water. He forgot. Then asked the same from the hostess. She took her sweet time getting it. We have eaten at 3 other Rosanegra restaurants this week (RosaNegra, Funky Geisha, Chambao) all were excellent. This one looks like you need some work to be done and revision of the kitchen output.

The place is very elegant. The food is ok but overpriced. I wanted to order a glass of sparkling wine and there was only one choice at $900 pesos per glass. If I wanted to buy the bottle it was in the range of $4000 to $10,000 pesos. This was during low season (end of September 2024). It can only imagine how expensive would be during high season. I won’t come back.

No me cansaré de visitar este lugar una completa delicia, lo recomiendo 100% por favor pidan la ensalada de Quinoa la van a amar, en esta oportunidad pedí el espagueti con langosta fresca 🥂 y un vino griego Petali. Carlos el gerente es un excelente anfitrión. Gracias!

The food, service, and ambience were absolutely amazing! I would 100% come back! Mosqueda was extremely attentive and made the experience so enjoyable. He made great recommendations based on our palate.

Todo está impresionante. La comida está espectacular. El pulpo crujiente y pasta orzo buenísimos. El cóctel Teos de pera con mezcal esta increíble y la vista a la laguna escuchando musiquita 👌 Super recomendable.
