   Ate way too many chips! Iced tea was constantly refilled! Tortilla soup and striped bass both delicious! Service from “Karina P” was fantastic! Getting soups prior to the entree instead of both at same time would have been preferred… guess I should have asked. Great (albeit LOUD) atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

   The service, ambience and drinks were all great. The food was a little lackluster in my opinion. Even though the salsas provided with the meals were full of flavor, the food itself was definitely subpar. I would come back for drinks, but that’s about it.

   Really loved the selection of food and the customer service. The shrimp appetizer was flavorful, the steak options have all been my favorites, and the drink that my friends and family have loved the most is the Out of Office. Lastly, they provide a great atmosphere to connect with others for dinner.

   Excellent, as always! We are closer to another location now, but always wonderful to visit the place where we discovered Mexican Sugar! Very glad they have not changed the hibiscus margarita recipe like the Plano location did. It’s my fave drink in DFW! Highly recommend this spot!

   We had a reservation, but still had to wait 30 minutes for our table. Apparently the people at our table before us had paid out and were taking their time leaving. I understand not wanted to pressure customers out the door, but it’s a poor impression for the next group waiting to be seated. My sister said it’s a regular thing to wait to be seated even with a reservation. The last time she visited she waited an hour. An hour and with a reservation. They did nothing to make it right either.

    We waited 30 minutes for our reservation. They should manage that a little better on a Tuesday night. Food and drinks were really good. Very loud, but atmosphere is fun.
