   Fantastic atmosphere & service. Food was delicious. Will absolutely be back. We went early so we didn't have any wait time, but it filled up fast. Ran into some friends and it was their 4th time there in the last month. We had 2 apps, salad, cocktail, 2 meals and shared a dessert. $200 with tax & tip.

   The restaurant was great. Food was awesome, however we had reservation and did not get to sit until 45 mins post time. I completely understand when a business is running late and realize the action of other customers to stay past reservation time is not in the fault of the business. However, I stood at the service desk for over 15min to find the hostess to check us in. I then realized that the hostess were doing everything not to have to deal with the backlog of customers. I get no wanting to get yelled at but I was just trying to check into my reservation. Overall a great experience but I can tell you based off my experience, the others present, and the generally negative reviews with the same complaint about overbooking that this is a continuous problem.

   I'm very sorry you had to wait, were trying to fix this issue on a daily basis. I've changed turn times in our restaurant 3x now, in 2.5 months that we have been open. Its not over booking, its that guests are staying over 2 hours. The reason our hosts react that way is they, and myself included are mistreated by guests angry they are having to wait for others to get up, yelled at with profanity, accused of being racist, overall verbally abused. It's exhausting, and unacceptable. I've never seen such a thing, in the 35 years I've been doing this. Hopefully you will be able to find other italian restaurants that have service better than 1.0 Thanks for the review.

   We were disappointed to wait 45 minutes for our table, even with a reservation. While the complimentary Prosecco was a nice gesture, it didn’t fully make up for the delay. Our waitress was very friendly and engaging, which we appreciated, but she forgot to ask about food allergies—a significant oversight since my partner has a severe almond allergy. Unfortunately, the octopus dish was served with romesco sauce, which contains almonds, creating a serious concern for us. The food overall was good, but not exceptional. Given the combination of service missteps and the wait time, we’re hopeful these issues will improve with time. We’ll likely give the restaurant another chance in a few months to see if the staff and operations have gotten better.

   Excellent dinner at Mezzaluna. The service and food both exceeded our expectations, everything we ate was 10/10. If you can, I’d recommend booking the chefs counter. It’s so interesting watching them cook and you can ask them questions (although I wouldn’t annoy them too much!). We’ll be back many times for sure.

   Our server Bebe was great. House made pasta was on point. Cocktails a good value too. 10 out of 10 would recommend! We’ll be back!

   Second visit in the matter of a week and it was such an outstanding experience! The staff does a wonderful job attending to our table and I'm not sure I've come across a friendlier, engaged collection of people at a restaurant anywhere else in Northwest Arkansas. Our group tried new entree items from the prior visit and each of us came away impressed. Well done, Mezzaluna! We'll be back soon!

    The service was impeccable (which is hard in this town) even though it’s a relatively young restaurant. Could just live on the small plates side of the menu (gnocchi and lamb meatballs), but don’t sleep on the pasta. Would have loved some meat and fish options in the secondi space, but everything was really memorable and our server Viva made everything smooth and enjoyable
