    Our Demonstration Cooking Classes are presented classroom style, where you will watch the chef prepare his menu, providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. Our classes are always fun and informative and the company is always congenial.           Enjoyed Sips & Bites at the bar. For $30 each we enjoyed three wines paired with three small plate dishes which were all delicious. Elias was our server and he explained each wine we were served. The menu and wines change weekly. A fun, enjoyable and delicious dinner.

          Four of us had dinner on March 19 . We all had pasta dinners. None of us finished our meals. Much too much food. Less is more.

          We were waiting for a traveler to arrive which caused us to be 30 minutes late for our reservation. We called when we realized that we would be late. Michael Anthony’s response was so kind and understanding. We had an incredibly delicious meal with a fabulous birthday dessert for our “Birthday Boy.” What a wonderful night! Michael Anthony’s never disappoints.

          We vacationed in Hilton head island for our kids spring break and decided to try Michael Anthony’s (to also celebrate my husband’s birthday) for dinner. The food was amazing! The ambiance and service was also exceptional. We had a gnocchi pasta and the shrimp pasta (with a spaghetti noodle). 🤌🏾 Both were VERY delicious! A must try if you’re visiting the area.

          I usually at least like what I order, but the seafood cannelloni was not very good. The seafood was all mashed together and I found just a few adequate pieces of lobster. The pasta tasted like flour.
