Depuis que Michael's Genuine Food & Drink a ouvert ses portes dans le Miami Design Design au printemps 2007, les convives sont devenus adeptes et désirent sa combinaison rafraîchissante d'atmosphère décontractée et d'une bonne nourriture, un bistrot de quartier qui est la vitrine ultime pour le type de cuisine que le chef / propriétaire Michael Schwartz prépare de mieux- maison, sans prétention, délectable, avec une emphase sur les ingrédients locaux. Le restaurant est ouvert sept jours par semaine et sert le dîner, un menu pour l'après-midi, le souper et le brunch. La salle la salle à manger et la cour peuvent accueillir 100 convives, et la Bar Room, peut accueillir 16 convives supplémentaires, de plus 24 places sont disponibles dans le bar de bienvenue où les clients peuvent profiter du menu de l'après-midi incluant le bar de crudités de 15h à 17h30 du lundi au samedi. Le brunch du dimanche est le moment où les petites assiettes brillent sur un menu hebdomadaire de saveurs et de sucreries. Le restaurant est situé dans le quartier animé de Design District, le nouvel endroit de la mode de luxe à Miami.

    We had the best experience. In celebration of Mom’s bday weekend it was a delight to bring her here for the first time. Sebastian, was our sever and he made our evening that much more special. The food was divine bite after bite. We are looking forward to our next visit back.

    Been here before and brought my uncle from out of town. I hate to give a negative review but I was embarrassed and had to apologize on your behalf for such a lousy experience. What a disappointment, only positive was hostess was gracious, they honored our reservation, and seated us immediately. It all went down hill when our table was ignored. We had to ask the hostess who our server was to get at least water. It was 3pm and they ran out of the lentil soup? What! The burrata appetizer was absolutely sad in appearance (one slice tomato, a few cherry tomatoes , a tiny basil leaf, and the ball) more appalling was the $26 price. The spicy chicken sandwich had no flavor, fatty, and greasy. The caramelized onion pizza for $24 was unremarkable. Just such a let down and if the food were tasty & delicious, the price really doesn’t matter but when it’s all terrible and you get hit with that bill it really stings! Also, they add a 2% Rethink Contribution fee to your bill. I haven’t checked what that is yet but it made me “ rethink” my decision to dine here. Unfortunately this is an overpriced tourist trap, goes elsewhere, so many incredible restaurants out there.

    Excellent food and service. The oven roasted grouper was especially noteworthy.

    The server was in the weeds the entire time. We had a table next to us that kept arguing with each other and letting their kids run around. The caviar service with the Perrier champagne special was great. The pheasant terrine was OK. The stone crabs were a little overcooked. My grouper was great but my wife's pasta came out cold (room temp at best). The server did comp off her pasta thankfully.

    We had several drinks, appetizers, and dinner dishes and all were tasteful and amazing. The waitress seemed tired and exhausted since the second we sat down. From the minute she offered water, she was walking away while she asked...She seemed uninterested in us. It was New Years Eve 8:30 pm so maybe she had been on her feet all day. She returned with water but sloppily filled the cups then asked basically what do we want... No asking would you like to start with a drink or appetizer nor recommendations. We had to start with, well we'll start with cocktails and a beer. When she returned we started to ask about appetizers and she was tight lipped, we don't know the deal with her. We had to pry information out of her.... It was annoying as we were looking at other tables to see what they ordered to get an idea of whats good on the menu. I feel bad for her but at same token it's her job. We did not feel welcomed. Plus she asked if we'd like to donate to the charity, which we did and we tipped her. Someone needs to speak to this lady about courtesy.

    We had an amazing time! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all great. From setting up our table reservation to our server, Debra, who was super helpful with her recommendations, everything was perfect.
