   Food and ambiance outstanding. Service was not very good. Initially we were told the pizza oven was not in working order though table next to us had just received a pizza. When we asked if server was sure, the answer changed and pizza became available. Server asked that we provide our full order all at once to ensure proper flow with kitchen. Good idea but what actually happened is pizza came out right after apps and as a result my youngest son was just about done with his dinner by the time the rest of the table was served and nobody checked with us or gave us a status on our entrees until asked. Same occurred with desserts, we had to proactively ask, took a long time to get them, and then I had to flag down another server to settle up the check. I didn’t even see our server after dessert and it was a very slow Sunday evening. Could have been an excellent experience but for a $300 dinner for a family of 5 the service was not even close to what should be expected.

   Nice brunch experience with friends on Sunday. The food was tasty. The children's chicken order appeared overdone. The appetizers were great. We had the burrata, meatballs, salad, and arancini. The meatballs were a bit peppery, but otherwise all was great. Pasta dishes were very good. One pasta dish was a little too al dente. The crispy chicken dish was well done. I would have preferred a bit moister chicken. Pizza was good. Drinks were fabulous. I would return, but perhaps for lunch or dinner instead of brunch.

   If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers not just a meal, but an experience, Mida is the place to go.    First time to Mida today. Had a wonderful brunch with a breathtaking view of downtown Boston from across the harbor in Eastie. Metered street parking easily found a block away. Highly recommend!

   The service, food, and drinks were impeccable. I love how accessible they were because my partner and I are deaf. They had pen and paper ready. Even one of them knew some sign language. It was overall a very pleasant experience. The views were lovely as well! This is an excellent location for a date. Definitely coming back again!

   We had a very good experience here. The restaurant is at the end of the pier, with a wonderful view of Boston. Our server, Ilse, was extremely nice, funny, and did a great job. Food was very good.

    Beautiful view, good menu, but really upsetting service. Made a reservation in advance for a special occasion (made a note in the res), and got all spiffed up. We were sat at a table right by the door, under a harsh street lamp. I've sat at tables by the bathroom or kitchen before but it was a special dinner, a quiet, rainy night and an early reservation time, so I requested another table. We were told the other tables were reserved for larger parties, but a party of 2 were already sitting in one booth, and another couple sat at one of the tables after us. Just a really disheartening experience where we felt like bottom rung customers. Left after a drink and went somewhere else that felt welcoming.
