MIDA by Chef Douglass William's is now open in the bustling Fenway neighborhood. This outpost of our James Beard Nominated restaurant group is situated just a few blocks from Fenway Park within close walking distance to several destinations including the Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Beth Israel Medical Campus. Come enjoy staple dishes from our scratch kitchen such as Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe, New Haven-Style thin crust pizza, crispy Arancini, and much more. The restaurant features a contemporary but comfortable aesthetic that lends itself to any occasion from the perfect date night, a quick lunch, or large private events. Vaulted ceilings, sprawling windows, a gorgeous lighting profile, and a covered patio make this location the perfect Fenway escape.     MIDA is spreading the love this Valentine's Day with a special three-course menu. Not to mention, roses and dim lighting make us the coziest date spot there is. Friday, February 14th, guests can enjoy our chef's menu ($75) with the option to add wine pairings ($37) and succulent lobster scampi with caviar ($mkt). Delicious dishes like risotto alla zucca gialla, braised beef or the chocolate egg cream, make this the perfect romantic dinner date. If ordering the Chef's menu, we ask that the whole table participate. This menu is the only menu available for the evening. Please call us with any questions. Pasta is for lovers. xoxo, MIDA

    Food was really good but it’s small and cramped. And as a result it gets loud.

    The manager came over to take away our entrees to allow us to eat our appetizers. Then brought our entrees back out piping hot. Our server was very nice, checked on us multiple times, poured more wine into our glass from the bottle we purchased when she noticed it the glasses were low. We enjoyed our dining experience and great atmosphere.

    Pizza was great!! Pasta was okay. I just feel like the price for the pasta i would’ve wanted more flavor but it wasn’t bad!

    We had a good experience here for my wife's birthday. Her favorite drink was the Amalfi Coast cocktail, which she said was terrific. Her swordfish was good, although it didn't seem super fresh. My roasted chicken dish was excellent. We were pleased they included a dessert for her. The place is a bit loud but manageable. Based on our experience, we gave it 4 out of 5 stars and will return someday!

    The menu was so varied and everything looked great - had a difficult time choosing, so got a variety and shared. Excellent strategy!

    Had such a great experience here! My dad is still talking about how great the food was three days later. Will definitely be back :) Also, our server Mitch, was awesome!!

    The food is consistently amazing. Mussels were delicious with the right amount of spices. And the prosciutto and ricotta was a great combination. The French toast is like nothing I’ve ever had, however the service was less than desirable. We waited 10 mins to be asked if we wanted a drink. When she brought the drink she reached across my face to deliver it, no thank you. Then when it came time to deliver the check, she asked if we wanted dessert, and we said no. Then she walked away and came back asking if we wanted expresso or cappuccino which we said no, which should have signaled to her that we wanted a check, but I had to ask her for it. For such amazing food, I expect more out of the wait staff.

    We had such a wonderful time at MIDA for our two year anniversary! The service was exceptional and we absolutely loved our food! MIDA has a great atmosphere and we can’t wait to go back.

    Amazing!! Delicious food, great service, fun vibe. Was an absolute hit with family visiting Boston from NYC!
