MIDA is an inspired neighborhood Italian restaurant by award winning Chef, Douglass Williams. Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are all about supremely delicious food and warm hospitality.

Dinner is served Monday - Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM -4:00 PM.

Reservations for indoor dining can be made in advance online. Patio reservations are now available for booking online or over the phone. Walk-ins are always welcome. Parties larger than six should call the restaurant directly to book a table.

Since the beginning years ago, an outstanding restaurant continues to deliver creative Italian cooking and successful ambience...delicious every time. BRAVO!

We read so many great reviews and we had high hopes. The ambience is outstanding. However, the taste of the food was only average. It’s presentation was absolutely gorgeous, but it just wasn’t that tasty. Two of us had the eggplant Parmesan. It looked beautiful, but it wasn’t hot enough and it wasn’t tasty enough. Another of us ordered the gnocchi. It needed salt and pepper. Kind of bland. Someone else ordered the veal chop. She only ate half of it. Overall it was very average.

Pizza was excellent, as was the Caesar salad and arancini. Loved the Orgeat Limeade. Our server was very efficient. Nose was a bit much but not untenable.

My wife ordered the carbonara, and I had the lasagna—both dishes were outstanding. We started with the mussels as an appetizer, and they were so good I’d drink the sauce if I could, lol. My drink was made to perfection, and my wife’s was amazing as well. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

We each enjoyed short rib lasagna, insalata mista, and shared tiramisu. Absolutely delicious! The wait staff was attentive and responsive. Will definitely return.

We were expecting far more for a restaurant that requires a $25/pp hold on a reservation. The food was just okay, and the staff was relatively rude.

Super slow service, server didn’t write the orders and kept on forgetting things and had to be reminded, and is it really hygienic for a server with a big bushy and messy beard to serve your food? The thought of one of his beard hair ending up in my meal made me sick to my stomach.

We were thrilled to reserve an early table for dinner on a busy Saturday night and eager to introduce our son from Philly to MIDA. It was hard to narrow down our recommendations because every single thing we’ve ever eaten at MIDA has been memorably delicious! He got the Bolognese and we shared the swordfish piccata with a tasty selection of appetizers and the wonderful roasted carrots. Cake and gelato ended the evening on a sweet note and it was still early. A win all around and lovely service!
