   Absolutely incredible!!! The short rib and ribeye steak are to die for.

   It's a shame, I had high hopes for this place. We arrived and were seated quickly, as we had a reservation. But then it took 30 minutes for anyone to even come to our table to pour our water, let alone order anything. It would have taken longer, but one of our guests got up from our table to go ask the host to send someone over. It then took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and longer again for them to take our food order. We were well over an hour in before our food arrived, and then no one came back to check on us - not to refill waters, not to take more drink orders, nothing. We had to get up from our table multiple times during the meal to track someone down when we needed something - to go boxes, another cocktail and finally the check. During the meal we also just snagged the water pitcher that was sitting near by to refill out waters. Over all, we were all extremely disappointed and underwhelmed by the entire experience. Highlight - the ceviche. But sadly, we will not return.

   For how expensive of a meal this was you would expect to get your meal hot and fresh. All four plates were barely warm. "Verde cream" sauce was basically Alfredo drenched chicken tacos to hide the marginal quality in the chicken. Service speed was ok but attention to order wasn't accurate. Guac appetizer was a small scoop in a large bowl, drinks were crazy expensive. There are a lot better options in the area in my opinion, where food is actually hot and costs about half as much, and tastes better not being drowned in sauce. Overall it was very disappointing as our group drove from several locations to meet here.

   We made reservations and arrived on time, and we’re seated promptly. Waitress came over and took our drink orders. Returned to take our appetizer order. The appetizers arrived and we were still waiting for drinks, which arrived about 10 minutes later. We then had to wait to get silverware and napkins, which are not placed on the table. when our food arrived after 35 more minutes!, They did not bring the tortillas that went with the Carne Asada and no one came back to check for another 15 minutes. So it was eaten without the tortillas and they eventually bought them. Every time we asked for something they would say oh I’m sorry it got lost in transition. The service was just very bad and the food was mediocre.

   They were a bit under staffed and what appeared to be over booked. Parking is a nightmare.

   Had a new server. Nice guy but very forgetful. Had the Halibut which was terrible. Bland and hard as a rock. But everything else was great.

   I am frankly puzzled by how such a terrible restaurant could have such positive reviews. The highlight of the meal being the corn (the elote app) only speaks to how underwhelming the food was. Not only was the food a disappointment, but also the service was horrendous. Prior to getting to the table, the hostess escorted us to what is essentially a pen where we stood among other customers for nearly 45 minutes. Then we had to repeatedly wave down waiters because we weren't being attended to. This was also the first experience where I've ever returned a cocktail, but it was so gross and had what looked and tasted like a dorito rim. I certainly will not be returning.

    Didn’t carry non alcoholic beer. Parking lot was a cluster. Rushed the food out one minute after we got our drink and chips
