   Service was good. Food was great tasting. Just a bit noisy for a Thursday but no fault to staff for that.

   I was provided the option to sit in either the dining room at a corner table or a booth in the bar. Opted for the bar and glad I did. The two bartenders fully worked together providing the best service I’ve ever had here. No delays for ordering, drink refills without evening needing to be asked, and when another server dropped an item with an incorrect ingredient on it the server noticed right away and made it right. I was impressed with the attention to detail and level of service especially with it being a busy Friday night!

   Food and atmisphere was amazing. Went 3 years ago and said I would never go back. This time was amazing, booked again for Friday next week.

   Bridget was our server and she was fantastic. Three of us ate the portobello mushroom pasta and one had the ribeye steak. Steak was not great. Very thin piece of meat. Wouldn’t get again.

   Honestly, used to go here a lot but have been disappointed my past few times. The customer service has gone down. Today i ordered steak which I won’t do again at milestones. I used to waitress, you always come back and make sure steak cooked to your liking. It was terrible. I had one bite, when waitress came back, almost a whole steak on my plate, didn’t even comment or ask. My last time before this, a waitress spilled a whole Caesar on my mom. My mom laughed it off, things happen. They didn’t even cover the drink? What has happened to the customer service and quality. I think I will not be returning. Sad, I gave so many second chances as I have fond memories of when it was good.

   Had the surf and turf which was really nice but the steak was a bit chewy. Other than that overall great experience.

    I realize Valentine’s Day is a busy night. When we arrived we were told that because of all of the reservations, there was a 90 minute eating max. That would be fine however it was 35 minutes before our drinks arrived. Luckily we were ready to order food. The appetizer arrived 20 minutes later and was okay. 15 minutes later our mains arrived leaving us 20 minutes to eat. The meals were not hot. Meanwhile 2 tables in our area were not cleared the whole time we were there. There was also a couple that stayed well beyond the 90 minutes having drinks. We do enjoy milestones and will be back however the restaurant was obviously not able to handle a busy night like Valentine’s Day.
