   The appetizer and main course were delicious. Unfortunately they ran out of some of the desserts we were interested in.

   I had the 3 course taste if Oakville menu, ordered my dessert at the beginning of my visit, only to be told at the end of my meal that my selection was no longer available. Also the vegetables that came with my meal were raw and had to be substituted. The substitution took so long I had finished my meal.

   Waiter was excellent. Looked like staff was very short in servers. Took a long time to get our meals. Restaurant was very cold. Had to wear our jackets. The server we had was very good.

   Had a reservation and sat for 1.5hr. We had to keep calling the server for them to get our order and serve us water. We waited and waited with no update to the food or any apology or any warning that their services are slow. We walked out after 1.5hr and didn’t eat anything. ON A VALENTINE’S DAY! We get it, it’s not the fault of the staff but the management needs to get better at this. Ruined our special day. It wasn’t just us, even the people around us were complaining about the same stuff and they had it worse. PLUS THE SEATING IS WORSE THAN A TOWNHOUSE, RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER.

   This was our worst experience at Milestones - we have dined there often - it took almost an hour to get our appetizer and over 2 hours for our meal - my wife’s meal was cold and had to be sent back and my steak was cool - the couples on either side of us had the same experience and one couple left without their meal - the management blamed OPEN TABLE for overbooking - however that should have no effect as the number of tables is fixed - the kitchen needs better management- our waitress Rebecca was terrific and apologized for the issue - we will never book again ANYWHERE that uses Open Table Booking service and our good feelings about Milestones at Wyecroft has totally ended. Our whole evening of a lovely Valentine’s Day, plus my wife’s birthday was ruined!

   It supposed to be a romantic dinner … It was overbooked, 3 strange couples sharing the same table. We ordered the food at 8pm and they brought it at 9:45 pm. Not acceptable. Worst experience ever …

   My wife and I made reservations and specifically requesting seating in the dining room. We were told that they had no tables available in the dining area and sat us in the bar by the front door. I spoke with hostess as it was too cold and we would be required to wear our jackets to remain and could they find us another table, sorry no luck! We decided to leave as it was just going to be an unpleasant meal. We won’t be back!

    We went for Valentine’s Day, the food was amazing. The Spanish and artichoke dip with tortillas was so good, my fiancé said was one of the best dip he ever tried! Recommend this restaurant 100%
