   The service was pretty aweful. Took 15 minutes to get water then another 20 to get drinks to which showed up at the same time as some of our food. Partners burger was no where to be found. So we had to reorder that once we could get someone's attention which was not easy since we might see our waiter once every 10 minutes. Once we were done eating it took us 10 minutes just to get the bill followed by another 10 to have someone bring up the machine for us to pay.

   Our server was fantastic! She handled the craziness of New Year's Eve with with a smile and laughter. As usual, they took extra caution with my allergy. Greatly appreciated.

   Milestones Southcentre has to turn on the heat. Our first table close to outside wall was so cold that we asked to move. The table provided in the bar was good but still cool and ate with our coats on. Apparently, water was dripping from the roof onto patrons also... Despite the cold, the service and food were great.

   We went to Milestones for an early New Years dinner. We made a reservation and were seated in a chilly area. The waiter was friendly and moved us to amodestly warmer table. Service was very slow. Ordered food. Got drinks quite late. My steak and seafood was bad. Steak was burnt. Whole thing looked like it had been under a heat lamp far too long. Water started dripping on my wife from the ceiling. My second beer came near the end of my meal as did a steak knife. The waiter never asked about our food. I think he knew it was bad.

   First time back since the big re-model. Food was amazing, probably the best we’ve had at this location ever. We come here a fair bit. It was NYE but not crazy. Many tables came and went while we were there. Our server was really slow, not checking on us regularly. Really slow. The reno is really nice but the noise level is much higher now as many of the walls and barriers have been removed creating a big open space compared to before.

   We were seated quickly by a very polite server who offered a sample of wine. Our main server (sorry, I forgot her name) was fantastic very friendly and attentive. Additional servers occasionally asked us if we needed anything while walking by. I had the rack of ribs with the mango jalapeño sauce, found them delicious. My wife had the sweet chili bowl, thought it was good but not great. Mostly a preference thing, as she prefers basmati or white rice and did not love the jasmine rice, otherwise said it was very good. She wished she had ordered the surf and turf. Ambience was very nice but it was very busy (New Years Eve, so that was expected). A little cold at times, as the front door was often open due to how busy it was. We asked to have the hockey game put on and this was accommodated, which we very much appreciated. Overall a very good experience, we will come back again soon.

   Food was excellent service was amazing! However we were in the heated patio area and even with the heaters on it was very cold and water was dripping on to us from the roof.

   We were there for New Years Eve and the place was packed. We had reservations and were promptly seated....on the enclosed patio. This was a bit of an issue because I had my elderly aunt who, even with her coat on was chilled because the overhead heaters couldn't heat the lower half of the area. I did aske twice to be moved to another table and we did eventually get moved to a great booth away from the patio. From there, the evening continued to get better and better. Our server (Alicia??), was really good and made sure everyone in her section was well looked after. The food, from the appetizers to dessert were SO good!!! I was a bit worried that after reopening from the renovations, that things would change in the food department, because that happens sometimes; but, thankfully this was not the case. Our overall, experience was very good last night, but with the renovations, the front doorway, when opened will blow cold air directly into the tables in the now open area in the middle of the restaurant. This would make the experience completely different from what we experienced; so I'm not sure why the was done. The noise level and hustle and bustle in the main area was really loud and as we were leaving everyone in our party commented that they were glad we were not in that section; it would have been as uncomfortable as the patio area we started with. So, for my experience, I think considering the day and the level of business the restaurant had...full marks. They really rose to the occasion, as best they could. I still really like Milestones and will continue to go there because of the quality of the food and the overall service. Thanks to everyone who worked on New Years Eve and I hope you made lots of tips from everyone; because each of you worked really hard.

   Celebrating my 78th birthday at the newly remodeled Milestone on Dec 28th. We were so looking forward to dinner to celebrate my birthday. The waitress was great. Very prompt and helpful. The lighting at the table was so bad we had to keep moving the little lamp around so we could read out menus. Then when food came it was dark to see what you were eating. The noise level seemed to be very high that night for some reason. But over all it was a good experience. We just won't go after dark when there is no natural lighting. That's for the experience.

    I ordered the holiday sirloin and seafood. Very little lobster and scallops the size of a chick pea. Greens were spicy. Steak was perfect. Wagu meatloaf was very good.
